Lady Gaga was recently rumored to be pregnant with Bradley Cooper’s baby. A tabloid also claimed that the singer already addressed the speculations.
CheatSheet reported this week that the “A Star Is Born” star responded to InTouch Weekly’s headline about her alleged pregnancy via Twitter. The publication claimed that the “Poker Face” singer wrote a cryptic caption and accompanied it with a laughing or crying emoji.
But rumor-debunking site Gossip Cop said that the tweet did not come from Gaga herself since it wasn’t uploaded via the singer’s official Twitter account. Rather, the post was uploaded on a fan-made account dedicated to Gaga.
Gossip Cop also reiterated the fact that Gaga and Cooper are not an item. Just like the previous reports from People and Entertainment Tonight, it has been confirmed that Gaga and Cooper did not date each other before, during and after they filmed “A Star Is Born.” But since the two actors worked together for months, they have developed a close friendship with each other.
Following the release of the highly acclaimed musical “A Star Is Born,” Gaga and Cooper opened up about what it was like meeting each other. While speaking with W magazine, Cooper said that he immediately wanted to cast the singer in the film after he heard her sing “La Vie en Rose” at a benefit concert.
“I was at a cancer benefit with my mother,” he said. “I really did not know Lady Gaga’s music. They had a surprise musical guest, and Stefani came out with her hair slicked back,” Cooper added.
The next day, Cooper called Gaga’s agent to schedule a meeting with the singer. The actor drove to Gaga’s home in Malibu, and they spoke to each other while sitting on her porch.
While at the Venice Film Festival last year, Gaga also shared details about her first meeting with Cooper. “From the moment he came to my home and I opened the door and we locked eyes, I felt an instant connection with him,” she said.
Cooper and Gaga sang “Midnight Special” by Creedence Clearwater Revival while at the latter’s home. Gaga also told Cooper that he has a real voice.
