When it was announced that Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott had decided to go on a break just a few days back, it left fans confused. While some of their fans are devastated to know that their favorite couple is on a break from their relationship, some of them assume that it’s nothing but a publicity stunt to keep Kylie and Travis in the news.

Reports suggest that Kylie had her doubts about Travis. And she suspected that he was cheating on her by talking with other girls, given that the duo couldn’t take time out for each other because of their hectic schedules.

Now that their split has been confirmed by Kylie via a series of tweets, the question now turns to how they might split the custody of their daughter, Stormi. As Kylie has no written custody agreement with Travis, the most possible scenario is 50-50.

“It will be 50/50, but it’s not a point of contention,” a source told US Weekly. “It’s really whatever is best for Stormi. Travis knows what an incredible mom Kylie is and will make whatever situation work.”

It’s not just Kylie, but the other Kardashian siblings, including Kourtney Kardashian and Khloe Kardashian, have no such custody arrangement with the fathers of their children.

Khloe and ex-boyfriend Tristan have a baby together, whose name is True. Kourtney, on the other hand, has three kids from his previous relationship with Scott Disick. Both Khloe and Kourtney have not signed any custody agreement with Tristan and Scott, respectively.

For those not aware, a custody agreement ensures a very specific arrangement for the kid/kids and parents. It includes how much custody each parent gets, who gets the kid/kids for holidays, how much financial support should be given to the child/children and such other details.

While most parents rush to their legal advisor to seek custody of their child/children when their relationship with their exes has hit the rocks, Kylie, Khloe or Kourtney doesn’t seem a bit concerned about it.
