A year after Danielle Jonas, 26, told People Magazine that she and the eldest Jonas Brother, Kevin Jonas, were talking about children "a lot," the singer's representative confirmed the news that they are expecting their first child.
"Dani and Kevin are thrilled that Dani is pregnant with their first child. They are, of course, elated, and so excited to share this news with their fans," the representative told People Magazine. "They are very much looking forward to building a family together."
The couple was married back in 2009. Jonas, 25, said that he was starting to feel the push to have children from the people in his life. The couple's reality TV show, "Married to Jonas," which airs on E!, was what broke the news of the pregnancy. Jonas later confirmed the news on Twitter.
"It's true -- Danielle is pregnant! Can't even imagine how excited we are," he tweeted Tuesday. "I can't wait to share this with my best friend. I love you baby."
