Kendall’s “Big Announcement” (January 2019)

Fan’s interest was piqued when Kris Jenner tweeted in January that Kendall Jenner has the “most raw story” to share on social media later in the evening.

But according to Glamour, fans were a bit disappointed when the supposed “big announcement” was nothing but Kendall’s involvement with Proactiv and not the “super-emotional nugget” they were somehow expecting.

Kim’s Fast Nova Controversy (February 2019)

Kim Kardashian’s vintage Thierry Mugler gown, which she wore at the Hollywood Beauty Awards in Los Angeles, became a hit with fashionistas. But it also landed her in some hot water.

This happened because Fashion Nova released its own version of the dress just hours after the reality star wore it. Thus, fashion watchdog site Diet Prada accused her of having released the design to Fashion Nova.

Of course Kim denied any wrongdoing. “I don’t have any relationships with these sites,” she wrote on Twitter. “I’m not leaking my looks to anyone, and I don’t support what these companies are doing.”

Khloe’s Ex’s Cheating Scandal (February-March 2019)

Khloé Kardashian’s split with NBA superstar Tristan Thompson was caused by someone very close to the family. According to reports, the split was due to Tristan cheating on Khloe with Jordyn Woods, Kylie Jenner’s BFF.

Jordyn, who used to live with now ex-BFF Kylie, moved out of the latter’s home as a result of the scandal. However, Jordyn confirmed on “Red Table Talk” that she and Tristan only kissed.

Kylie’s “Self-Made Billionaire” Title (March 2019)

The youngest member of the clan made headlines when Forbes named her the youngest self-made billionaire. However, critics were quick to point out that the “self-made” portion of the title was a bit misleading, considering that the Kardashian-Jenner clan is already wealthy to begin with and is very influential in the entertainment industry.

Khloe’s Flat Tummy Tea (March 2019)

The Kardashians have been criticized for endorsing products with “questionable nutritional merit,” according to Elle. One such product is the Flat Tummy tea, which was endorsed by Khloe, an endorsement that was criticized by Jameela Jamil.

“It’s incredibly awful that this industry bullied you until you became this fixated on your appearance. That’s the media’s fault,” Jamil commented on the promotion. “But now please don’t put that back into the world, and hurt other girls, the way you have been hurt.”

Kylie’s Face-Washing Ritual (June 2019)

Kylie posted a video showing her makeup removal ritual using her product Foaming Face Wash. However, fans pointed out that there’s plenty of foundation on the towel she used to dry her face, which resulted in some suspecting that Kylie may not even be using her products.
