Arturo Vidal has had a remarkable match scoring three goals against Copenhagen in the Champions League match to keep alive Juventus' hopes of qualifying for the next phase of competition. Juventus beat Copenhagen 3-1 in Turin thanks to the Chilean striker's impressive goal scoring performance. Vidal scored off two penalties in the 29th and 61st miute, followed two minutes later by a header to complete his Champions League 'Hat Trick.'

Arturo Vidal is just the third Juventus player to achieve such a feat: only Filippo Inzaghi and Alessandre Del Piero have both managed a Hat Trick also. However, he is the first Chilean player to achieve triple goals, despite a strong contingent from the South American country in the league. Arturo Vidal, nicknamed 'El Rey', has 10 goals this season. The Chilean striker left the field at the 82nd minute, replaced to much applause by former Turin player Moreno.

Arturo Vidal will be taking his impressive form to Brazil after Chile qualified for the 2014 World Cup. 'El Rey' was included in La Tercera's list of the 20 most valuable players. Olof Merberg scored for the Danes at minute 56. Juventus will take on Galatasaray in Istanbul where a win or a tie would see them through to the next round.
