Justin Bieber and his body guard Hugo Hesny are being sued by photographer Jeffery Binion. The paparazzo claims that Hesny was acting on the orders of Justin Bieber when the guard grabbed the photographer by the neck, slammed him against a wall and flashed a gun. While Hesny had Binion against the wall the photographer claims Justin Bieber had his other body guards grab his camera and remove its memory card.

TMZ spoke with Binion's lawyer Russell S. Adler about the allegations his client made against Justin Bieber.

"Justin Bieber is now an adult and he should act like one," Alder said. "He needs to learn that he cannot use bodyguards as weapons to harm innocent people. Bieber's violent behavior toward photographers must end, and he should take responsibility for his actions."

"No amount of fame or fortune justifies Bieber's shameful and outrageous conduct," Alder continued. "To send him that message and deter his misbehavior in the future we will seek punitive damages against him as allowed by Florida law."

The incident reportedly happened on June 5 as Bieber was exiting a Miami recording studio. The Daily News claims the attack on the photographer was audio recorded and you can hear an angry Justin Bieber shout, "Get that f**king camera out of here!"

Jeffery Binion is suing Justin Bieber and his bodyguard for medical expenses that he was forced to pay as a result of the physical injuries and mental anguish he sustained during the attack.

This is not the Bieb's first attack on the paparazzi or the first accusation made against one of his body guards. In case you have forgotten about all the teenaged millionaire nonsense Justin Bieber has been involved in, here is a refresher.

In March of 2013, Justin Bieber had two high profile incidents reported overseas. First, the Bieb's was out at a Vienna nightclub when a fan came up to him and asked for a picture. Reports are saying that Bieber's bodyguards took the camera phone from the fan and smashed it on the ground. This prompted the Vienna nightclub owner to ban the 19-year-old Canadian pop star from the club.

During the same month while traveling in the UK, Bieber got into an altercation with a paparazzo where bodyguards has to physically hold the kid back because he was threating to hurt the photographer. The video of the altercation has been publicly mocked and spoofed versions can be found on YouTube.

Recently he was involved in a reckless driving case and a 27-year-old woman slapped him with a paternity suit.

Bieber has been getting it pretty good recently. He was booed at the 2013 Billboard Music awards when he accepted an award. Even veteran rock icon Bon Jovi believes the kid needs to get his act together. In a recent interview Bon Jovi said Bieber needs to get to work and stop making fans wait around for him.

In an ironic twist, Justin Bieber is also being sued by a former bodyguard who claims Bieber owes him a significant amount of pay and for striking the bodyguard while the pair were involved in an argument in October of 2012.
