Did Justin Bieber just hint at starting a family? Well, his recent Instagram post certainly gave out a vibe until wifey Hailey Baldwin was quick to set the record straight.
“Mom and Dad” captioned Bieber, in one of his recent B&W posts, reported the New York Daily News, sparking rumours about the couple extending their family. Unsurprisingly, netizens went into a tizzy and speculations ran amok, before Hailey decided to step in, and cleared the air.
Brushing aside the buzz, Hailey suggested how it was only right to categorically mention that they were currently only ‘Dog Mom and Dad’. The comment, albeit tongue-in-cheek in tone, was clear enough to send out a message—that she was clearly not ready for kids.
The “Baby” singer has always expressed his desire to have a “little tribe” of his own, but his 24-year-old better half has had other priorities due to which parenting was put on the backburner. Justin who’s been rather vocal about his keenness for fatherhood during an appearance at "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" in 2020, had maintained that he wouldn’t want to look at extending their family until his wife was really ready.
A recent report by Us Weekly suggested how the subject has often being a topic of discussion between the couple, who’s on different pages as far becoming parents is concerned. Justin has been a supportive husband all through and more so with Hailey who seems to be wanting to do a lot with her career before they start a family on their own.
Justin and his model wife have been in the news for sparking rumors about being parents in the past, only for it to fizzle out as the rumor gathered momentum. The couple, who tied the knot in 2018, pulled a gimmick in the year 2019 with a photograph of Hailey posing outside a fertility clinic.
The stunt was met with severe flak by fans who felt the couple were being rather insensitive about the whole thing. The Biebers also made headlines recently after a clip surfaced, in which the singer appeared to be yelling at his wife while being surrounded by their entourage, after a Las Vegas gig.
