Seems like Universal Music (both artists’ record label) is amidst negotiations between Elton John and El Divo de Juarez, Juan Gabriel, who has invited the British crooner to join forces for his upcoming album, “Amor eterno.” Reportedly, Elton John has accepted, only under one very costly condition: he wants half of the single’s royalties, no matter how much those are. Unlike Elton John, Luis Miguel was approached to participate in the album, but he declined, reportedly because he didn’t like the material he would be working on.
Nothing has been said about the theme the two will interpret, and if it’ll be one of their own hit songs adapted for the duet album, but we sure are excited to hear more about this collaboration. The two interpreters have also remained mum about the matter on social media. Are you excited about the news? We are!
