The news comes as a shock with the music executive sharing before that he is unsure of whetehr or not he is indeed the father of unborn Bonnie Bella. However, he is prepared to fight to the finish until he can prove Hernandez to be unfit as a parent.

Stevie is reportedly concerned that Joseline has been doing drugs and boozing while pregnant which prompted him to file an emergency motion Dec. 16 for the baby to be immediately drug tested once Joseline gives birth. Stevie also wants a judge to allow him to be there when Joseline delivers, and he asked a judge to order that he get daddy daughter time at the hospital.

Teh court documents also reveal that the reality star claims that Joseline has threatened to keep their daughter away from him, and has filed a counterclaim against her paternity case for primary custody of the baby.

A judge has yet to rule on the case but chances are the music executive will be granted custody of the child after all the drug and violence claims.
