John Cena recently sent off his girlfriend, Shay Shariatzadeh, to the airport. The couple was photographed kissing and hugging each other outside the Los Angeles International Airport.
In the photo uploaded by Daily Mail, Cena and his new girlfriend are seen getting out of their vehicle. The pro wrestler helped Shariatzadeh unload her things from the car. Before going inside the airport, the 42-year-old actor gave his girlfriend a hug and a kiss on the cheek.
Shariatzadeh will be heading back to Canada after a week-long vacation with Cena in the United States. An eyewitness told E! News that the couple seemed very casual while having a date at Tower23 Hotel’s restaurant in San Diego just before they drove to the airport.
The couple’s sighting came just about a month after photos emerged of the two of them on a date night in Vancouver. After the snaps were published online, Cena’s ex-fiancée, Nikki Bella, shared her thoughts about seeing him moving on.
On “The Bellas Podcast,” the “Dancing With The Stars” alum said that her stomach went in knots when she saw the headlines about Cena and his new girlfriend. But after seeing their photo, she couldn’t be happier for the couple.
“You know when you get a text or you see a photo or you see your significant other flirting with someone or something, you know how you get those knots in your stomach that hurts?” Bella said. “You either want to poop your pants immediately … or you just have the craziest tummy ache, right? So neither of that happened to me when I saw the photos,” she added.
Bella said that she felt very happy for Cena because he also seemed to be in a good place. But the reality TV star warned that if anyone would hurt her ex or make him cry, she would Rack Attack her in a heartbeat.
At present, Bella is already dating her “Dancing With the Stars” partner Artem Chigvintsev. The couple has been together for a few months, but they have always shared a special connection even while on the ABC reality TV show.
