Actress Jessica Alba is known for her toned body and her overally beauty so it's a little hard to believe when headlines associate her name with cellulite, muffin top and stretch marks. Surprisingly, no tabloid is claiming these things—it is Jessica Alba herself who is openly discussing her body woes.
Perhaps in an attempt to be relatable or perhaps because she truly does, like most women, battle body image issues, Jessica Alba opened up to Women's Health UK about her body.
"I have cellulite and stretch marks-and I have a muffin top!" shared the Honest Company founder, blaming her lack of focus. "I have a brutally short attention span. It means I'm useless at work out. I get so bored."
While it is easy to scoff at the thought of Jessica Alba complaining about her body issues, it has to be noted that this isn't the first time she has discussed her boredom with working out.
"In the gym, I have like five things to distract me: TV, iPod, magazines. [Workout] partners are good, too, so you can chat and not just drown in your own misery. Sorry, does that sound bad? I just hate working out," said Jessica Alba in a 2011 interview with Lucky magazine.
And even when she slacks in her fitness game, Jessica Alba compensates by eating well.
"I started cooking for myself at 12 because a lot of food my family ate was processed. I wanted fresh. I eliminated microwave foods, things with too much salt, and tried to eat more natural food, things that were cooked in a kitchen as opposed to a factory."

The mother-of-two also discussed the told pregnancy and giving birth took on her body.
"After both my pregnancies I wore a girdle! People have been doing it for years. And let's face it, I don't have the body of a 14-year-old anymore. I think the more we try not to have that unrealistic ideal, the happier we'll be."
"I certainly didn't appreciate my boobs before," added Jessica Alba. "After breastfeeding I was like, "Oh! Really? Is this where we're at these days?""
Jessica Alba had discussed her girdle-wearing ways previously with Lucky magazine and Net-a-Porter magazine.
"I wore a double corset day and night for three months," said Jessica Alba to Net-a-Porter. "It was sweaty, but worth it." said the 31-year-old actress. "It was brutal; it's not for everyone."
"I wear a girdle around my tummy from the moment I give birth until it doesn't feel loosely goosey anymore-that takes a good two to three months," she told Lucky. "It's spandex with Velcro."
