Jennifer Lopez is rumored to be experiencing pre-wedding jitters ahead of her nuptials to Alex Rodriguez. The couple got engaged in March 2018.
A tabloid recently claimed that Lopez is stressing over her upcoming nuptials because she and Rodriguez have not yet made up their mind on what day they will tie the knot. An unnamed source also told the tabloid that even though it’s normal for brides to suffer from stress, things are much worse for the actress.
“This will be her fourth wedding — and if it doesn’t work out, it will be humiliating,” the source said. The insider also said that Lopez’s biggest fear is that the minute she and Rodriguez become a married couple, things will change between them.
The alleged source went on to say that Lopez wants to make sure first that she and her fiancé are on the same page before she walks down the aisle for the fourth time. And the singer’s fears have been causing tension between the A-listers.
“She wants to be assured of his undying love because she’s giving him hers,” the source said. But according to rumor-debunking site Gossip Cop, there’s no truth to the claims.
The publication said that a quick glance at Rodriguez’s social media account is more than enough proof that the former athlete and his fiancée are not having problems. The dad of two usually posts photos of Lopez on his Instagram account, and they also look happy in their snaps.
Gossip Cop also said that Lopez and Rodriguez are not delaying their wedding due to the former’s alleged wedding jitters. Rather, the couple still hasn’t made up their mind regarding the date of their wedding because they’re both very busy with work.
Rodriguez is busy with his job as a baseball announcer, and Lopez just wrapped up her “It’s My Party” tour. The mom of twins also just starred in her latest movie, “Hustlers.”
And during a previous interview, Lopez explained why she and Rodriguez are not in a hurry to seal the deal. The “World Of Dance” judge said that they see their relationship as something that would last forever, so there’s no need to rush into things.
