Jennifer Lawrence is hard at work filming "The Hunger Games: Mockingjay" but that did not stop her from making a cameo in the higly anticipated comedy "Dumb and Dumber To" that will bring Jim Carrey and Jeff Daniels back to their hilarious Harry and Lloyd character. According to The Hollywood Reporter, the Oscar-winning actress is filming on a set nearby and has shot a secret cameo in the sequel where she will play Kathleen Turner's character younger self. The Carrey and Daniels starring comedy will follow their goofy characters on another roadtrip set to find Harry's long-lost daughter. Rob Riggle, Rachel Melvin, Laurie Holden and Steve Tom are also set to star in the film.
Lawrence is already a fan of the movie and her inclusion in the project is surely going to be a great moment for her. During an interview with Jimmy Fallon, the actress said that "Dumb and Dumber" was among her favorite comedies. "I know every word to 'Dumb and Dumber', 'Step Brothers' and 'Anchorman,' she told the host who then challenged her to remember a linea from the film. The actress that portrays "Katniss Everdeen" in the motion picture franchise "The Hunger Games," will next bee seen in the sequel "The Hunger Games: Catching Fire" and recently finished filming "American Hustle" and the sequel to "X-Men: Days Of Future Past." Lawrence's schedule is already tight with the production of the third and fourth installment of the film adaptation of the Suzanne Collins trilogy, but it's nice that she took some time off for a small role in this comedy.
