Obviously, this section is for those who’ve been living under a rock since last year, which was when Us Weekly printed a story on how Theroux reportedly discovered the Post-Its. According to the publication, Justin Theroux discovered the notes around two years before the story was printed, which meant it likely happened in 2016.

The notes contained just normal messages that husbands and wives would probably leave to each other on the door of the refrigerator if they’re into that messaging system. “He stumbled upon old Post-it notes Brad had written,” a source told the publication. “Sweet little Post-its like, ‘You looked nice tonight’ or ‘Miss you already.’”

Theroux Wasn’t Happy

Understandably, Theroux was not too excited with his discovery. While Aniston assured that they’re just for keepsakes, he probably thought it weird for his wife to keep the love notes of her ex.

“Jen assured him they weren’t a big deal, but Justin wasn’t thrilled … Justin had moments of insecurity like that,” the source added. While neither party mentioned the notes in relation to their divorce, some believed they might have contributed to it.

Pitt-Aniston Rumors

After Aniston and Theroux parted ways, the rumor mills were once again churning a different story for the “Friends” star. Apparently, fans were still hoping for Aniston to reconnect with her other ex, Brad Pitt, who was also undergoing a divorce from Jolie.

“Basically, every single person who Jen loves attended,” a source told People. “That included Brad. The party was a celebration of Jen’s life.”
