'Jane The Virgin' Season 2 Spoilers: Britney Spears To Guest Star On Gina Rodriguez, Jaime Camil Show!

Britney Spears has confirmed she will be making an appearance during Season 2 of "Jane The Virgin." The critically-acclaimed show starring Gina Rodriguez and Jaime Camil has already started production of the sophomore season and will be the latter's "nemesis" according to Jennie Urman. “We are so thrilled that Rogelio’s ‘nemesis’ — Britney Spears — has agreed to appear on Jane The Virgin in episode 205,” Urman said. “Personally, after hearing about their long standing feud (from Rogelio’s point of view), we are eager to hear Ms. Spears’ side of the story, which we assume is quite different. #TeamBritney”

Spears also took to social media to say it was a "dream come true" to star in The CW dramedy. "See u at the Marbella Hotel soon," she wrote. "Guest starring on one of my favorite shows EVER. #DreamComeTrue" Gina, the star of the show, is also really excited to be working with the former "X-Factor" judge tweeting: "Literally fell out my chair @britneyspears I can not wait to work with you beauty! I'm covered in goosebumps. This is unreal!!!" Camil is also honored to be sharing the screen with Spears tweeting: "You're the absolute best @britneyspears! It'll be a great honor to have you on the show! #DreamComeTrue for us."

Britney Spears who served as a judge on the FOX musical reality show, "The X-Factor" is following the footsteps of judge Paulina Rubio. The Mexican singer, was on the panel during the third and final season. Rubio guest-starred on "Jane The Virgin" during the first season. Paulina had a brief cameo as she is Xo's (Andrea Navedo) idol. "Jane The Virgin" will return to the small screen on Monday, October 12 and it will pick up where it left off following the kidnapping of Jane's baby. Will you be watching?
