James Franco is currently in a very hot seat. Two actresses are suing him for allegedly sexually exploiting them.

Franco had founded an acting and film school in the past called Studio 24. Now closed, two students of the said school are suing the actor and the school as well for putting them into gratituous and exploitative sexual situations forcibly. Said students, Sarah Tither-Kaplan and Toni Gaal, filed the case with the Los Angeles Superior Court on Thursday.

Based on the lawsuit, Franco allegedly forced the students into performing in an orgy type setting, where they have to engage in increasingly explicit sex scenes for the camera. The suit added that the school’s true objective was to be a place for Franco to have access to a pool women to exploit professionally, putting them in comprising sexual conditions.

This is not the first time that Tither-Kaplan spoke of her experience in this school. She already opened up to Los Angeles Times with her experience with Franco. Gaal on the other hand, is shedding light to what she experienced for the first time.

According to documents related to the case, the actor lure the students in deciding to do these sexual scenes and auditions by offering them roles in films he was either producing or directing.

Franco’s attorney, Michael Plonsker however, does not think aything will come off the lawsuit. instead, it is their camp that is going to seek damages against the plaintiffs and their attorneys.

"This is not the first time that these claims have been made and they have already been debunked," Plonsker said. "We have not had an opportunity to review the ill-informed Complaint in depth since it was leaked to the press before it was filed and our client has yet to even be served. James will not only fully defend himself, but will also seek damages from the plaintiffs and their attorneys for filing this scurrilous publicity seeking lawsuit."
