Macrumors is reporting that a new video from Unbox Therapy, the same guys who brought us the leaked images of the iPad mini and fifth-generation iPad rear shell, now brings a new video showcasing the fifth-generation iPad's Smart Cover in a multitude of colors. The new video points to an impeding launch for the upcoming fifth-generation iPad and IPad mini 2. The video also gives viewers a size comparison of both the current generation iPad and new iPad's shell.

The new video shows the Smart Covers for the fifth-generation iPad in gray, black, red, pink, orange, blue, white and green. The video also shows the new Smart Cover attached to the rear shell and front panel of the new iPad showing how they would all fit together with the new design. It is worth noting that the video only showcases the Smart Covers not the Smart Cases. It's most likely because the guys over at Unbox Therapy have not gotten their hands on the Smart Covers.

The new fifth-generation iPad is rumored to have a significant narrower bezel than the current generation iPad and the Smart Covers will have to accommodate that by now featuring a three-panel cover rather than the current three-panel cover.

Apple is expected to launch the redesigned fifth-generation iPad along with the Retina display second-generation iPad mini in the near future. Reports are saying that Apple is planning another media event in either October or November to announce the new devices with a release right before the holiday season.
