A two-year legal battle between a lingerie store and a suburb of Salt Lake City has finally ended.

Hustler Hollywood, the retail arm of Flynt Management Group, signed a lease for a retail space in West Valley City after they were reassured it wouldn't be an issue. According to Fox 13, after the lease was signed, Hustler was then told selling lingerie violated city zoning laws.

Hustler sued the city, claiming violation of the organization's free speech and due process rights.

This week, West Valley City selled with Hustler, agreeing to pay $305,000 in legal fees, and allow Hustler to continue selling lingerie, Fox 13 reported.

"We are pleased with the outcome of this case and are grateful that our constitutional rights were upheld," Liz Flynt, Chairwoman of Flynt Management Group said in a statement released by Hustler Hollywood. "This victory ensures that our West Valley City customers can shop the full range of products we offer."
