Lionsgate has released the final poster for "The Hunger Games: Catching Fire!" The new and final poster is promoted simultaneously across 16 different territories. The final poster features Jennifer Lawrence (Katniss Everdeen) by herself with her bow. The new poster looks as though Katniss is prepared to participate in the 75th Hunger Games celebrations. This new poster is similar to the album artwork for "The Hunger Games: Catching Fire," which also shows Katniss in a fiery red background alone with her bow.
The second film in the "Hunger Games" series picks up one year after the events of the first film. Katniss is idolized as a hero from District 12. She is seen as too idolized and a potential threat. To punish her success, the evil authoritarian regime of Panem, led by Donald Sutherland, shall hold a "special " 75th Hunger Games full of all-stars from the past battling again for survival and Katniss will have the opportunity to participate. Meanwhile a revolution seems to be brewing as well.
