Hugh Jackman proved once again why he is so well loved by the fans when he turned into his character Wolverine just because a fan asked him to. This may be the last time the fans will get to see the actor taking on the role because he has retired from playing the X-Men character.

Jackman was on stage in Mexico City to perform “The Man, The Music, The Show,” which is a tour for his movie “The Greatest Showman.” During his performance he walked up to greet a fan and give him a few high fives. The fan requested him for a selfie with him as Wolverine and the actor graciously obliged.

As the fans looked on, Jackman gave a roar with his hand spread wide to mimic his actions of Wolverine. He later took the fan’s cell phone and turned the camera around to face the audience. The fan also gave a roar to the camera.

Jackman ended the encounter by giving the fan a hug. He wanted to take another selfie with the fan, but the latter was too ecstatic to react.

While it may be difficult to get the photos or video that Jackman recorded, someone in the audience filmed the whole encounter and shared it on Twitter. “ Hugh Jackman is a cool dude,” the fan captioned the post.

The event in Mexico City was the last one for Jackman in his “The Man. The Music. The Show” tour, News 18 reported. The tour started right after the release of “The Greatest Showman,” and it has taken the Wolverine actor to Europe, America, and Oceania.

The post of Jackman turning into Wolverine just for a fan has gone viral online. Multiple pictures and videos of the encounter have been shared online by the fans who were there at the event.
