Jennifer Lopez had the most hilarious reaction to her New York show being canceled last weekend. The singer couldn’t contain her emotions after hearing the news on television.
In the clip uploaded on Instagram by Lopez’s fiancé, Alex Rodriguez, Lopez is watching the news on TV as the reporter gives viewers an update on the recent show cancelation. He said that investigations are ongoing and officials are trying to figure out what caused the sudden power outage.
Lopez’s show had already started, and she had already sung four songs when all of a sudden the music stopped and all of the lights went down. An announcement was heard in the venue asking concertgoers to evacuate the premises calmly.
Upon hearing the news on television, Lopez makes faces in front of Rodriguez’s camera. She also does some boxing moves. The “World Of Dance” executive producer still has her makeup on in the video, which was taken shortly after Lopez and her team also evacuated the venue.
Following the incident, Rodriguez showed Lopez his support by telling her a story about a similar incident. According to the former baseball player, he also experienced a sudden power outage while he was out in the field, and he couldn’t do anything about it.
Lopez’s daughter, Emme, 11, also joined forces with Rodriguez’s two daughters, Natasha, 14, and Ella, 11, in cheering Lopez up. The trio performed a choreographed dance to the tune of “Don’t Worry Be Happy.”
The singer couldn’t control her happiness at seeing her children’s performance. Lopez has also developed a close relationship with Rodriguez’s daughters since they have a blended family.
During her interview with Vanity Fair, Lopez revealed that she has pictures of her children with Rodriguez’s kids all over her house. Lopez and Rodriguez got engaged in March, and there are reports that their wedding will take place last year.
In one of her YouTube videos, Lopez said that she wants to get married in a church because this is something that she hasn’t experienced before. Lopez was previously married to Ojani Noa, Cris Judd and Marc Anthony.
