Jennifer Garner is 47 years old and also has three children, but the actress still has a very slim and toned figure. Just recently, she was photographed in her skintight workout gear while walking on the streets of Los Angeles.
The “Alias” star stepped out in public with her female workout buddy. The actress kept her hair tied in a tight bun, and she also wore a long-sleeved shirt and black pants. Garner paired her attire with her white, black and orange sneakers.
In another photo, Garner changed into her black tank top and blue jogger pants, but the actress still kept her hair tied in a ponytail. Garner is smiling from ear to ear while walking to her car. In her hand is a cup of coffee.
Back in April, the actress’ trainer, Simone De La Rue, shared details of how Garner has maintained her slim figure throughout the years. While speaking with Women’s Health magazine, she revealed that Ben Affleck’s ex-wife works out four to five times a week if she’s not filming for an upcoming movie.
“We’ll do something that’s traditional strength training, and the next minute we’ll be dancing to build agility and core strength,” she said. “I really mix it up, and we’re never doing one thing. She does everything, which is incredible!”
In September 2018, Garner and her trainer took things to the next level while the actress was preparing for the movie “Peppermint.” During that time, Garner worked out with De La Rue six times a week for one to two hours. The two women also did an intense prep for three months.
“We worked on lifting heavier weights, usually around 15 pounds,” she said. “We also did a lot of bodyweight work and supplemented with my custom resistance bands.”
Garner also teamed up with nutritionist Kelly LeVeque while preparing for her role in “Peppermint.” LeVeque, who is known for her “Be Well By Kelly Diet,” created a diet and meal plan for the actress. During her interview with Wired, Garner said that she really liked the diet, so she stuck with it even after the filming wrapped up.
