It's nice to know that Jennifer Lawrence doesn't want to let all the "Hunger Games" fans down. Footage shot by Canada's ETV outlets shows the starlet in Vancouver, Canada getting ready for filming for the second installment of "The Hunger Games" by reading the "Mockingjay" book by Suzanne Collins. She appears to be on an outing with boyfriend, Nicholas Hoult.
We are sure J. Law has already read the final book in Suzanne Collins' "Hunger Games" trilogy. Perhaps she is just giving it a re-read in order to nail the character although she has already done that in the first movie. 2012's "The Hunger Games" was well received by fans and critics thanks to the loyal screenplay and accurate depictions of the characters.
"The Hunger Games: Mockingjay" is reportedly to start shooting later this year and will film both part one and two back-to-back. Lionsgate announced yesterday the first casting addition for the franchise: "Game of Thrones'" Natalie Dorner will play Cressida. Now that filming is soon to start more casting announcements should be made soon.
"Mockingjay" Part one opens in theaters November 21, 2014 and "Mockingjay" Part two opens November 20, 2015. Both will be directed by Francis Lawrence. In the meantime, the second installment to "The Hunger Games" series "Catching Fire" hits theaters November 22.
