Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's business venture and different projects on the plate may lead to them having no time for themselves and their family, claimed royal expert, Daniela Elser.
The Duke and Duchess of Susssex's companies include Peca Publishing and Hampshire LLC. They have now registered a total of 13 companies in tax haven Delaware with meaningful names as "peca" in Peca Publishing LLC means freckle in Spanish. Meanwhile, Hampshire LLC was named after the English county where they reportedly enjoyed a babymoon in 2019.
Elser commented on the couple's ventures in the New Zealand Herald. "Harry and Meghan might now be the proud owners of a home with 16 toilets, a coop full of the world's most famous chickens and companies galore but one thing that could be in very short supply? Free time," she said.
With the couple's list of appearances and projects on hand, their time is believed to be limited.
Meanwhile, Harry reportedly will be joined by tennis champion, Serena Williams, for one of his first public appearances of the year as the Chief Impact Officer for professional coaching and mental health firm BetterUp. The British royal is said to have a conversation with the 23-time Grand Slam winner as well as the firm's CEO, Alexi Robichaux, on Feb. 3. They will tackle "cultivating the power of mental fitness through a bold commitment to Inner Work," as part of the California-based company's virtual Inner Work Day.
The first annual Inner Work Day will include an agenda, "From creating companies and foundations designed to inspire others to achieve their best to tackling challenges and finding success both in and outside of work, Serena, Prince Harry and Alexi share their personal stories and unique perspectives."
Harry had taken up the role at BetterUp in March 2021. During an interview with Fast Company last December, the Duke stated that he discovered the company with Adam Grand, a science board member at Better Up, of how job resignations are not all bad. "In fact, it is a sign that with self-awareness comes the need for change. Many people around the world have been stuck in jobs that didn't bring them joy, and now they're putting their mental health and happiness first. This is something to be celebrated."
