Things are now getting serious between Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton as they reach their 4th anniversary as a couple. Multiple reports have indicated that Stefani already has her current house in escrow to make way for the new one she purchased with her country superstar beau.
ET reports that the current listing for her Beverly Hills mansion is at $24,995,000, which has depreciated greatly since she listed it for $35 million in 2017. She and ex-husband Gavin Rossdale bought the 15,000-square-foot home way back in 2006.
The sale comes from the heels of the announcement that Stefani would be taking over Adam Levine’s coaching duties in “The Voice.” Though she might be harboring too many bad memories with the house, a prospective buyer wouldn’t mind as the property has an infinity pool, playground, chicken coop, tennis court and even an amazing kitchen.
What makes the house even more interesting is its colorful history. Jennifer Lopez lived there before the “No Doubt” singer took over and even held her wedding with ex Marc Anthony right in the backyard.
So where will she live now? Stefani and Shelton have reportedly bought a new home within the Los Angeles area. Sources shared to Celebrity Insider that they have been going through a “perfect living situation,” which implies that they’re indeed working out joint living arrangements or are already doing so.
They may have secured a home, but the two are said to be in no rush to tie themselves down for marriage once again. “Blake and Gwen are head over heels in love, but don’t want to feel rushed to tie the knot when everything is going so well in both of their lives,” a source told ET. “Everyone is asking what they are waiting for, but they really just don’t want to rock the boat,” he added.
The two had their fair share of marriages and divorces. Shelton was married to fellow country singer Miranda Lambert for 10 years before getting divorced in 2015. Stefani, on the other hand, had been married to Rossdale since 2002 until their eventual divorce in 2015.
