Since “Grand Theft Auto V’s” release last September gamers have been eagerly waiting for the announcement that the popular title would make its way to next-generation consoles. Well it seems it may happen sooner than later. According to IGN a Portuguese website, Worten, has listed “GTA V” for the PlayStation 4. Exciting news, however the website didn’t give a release date for the title. So there is no indicator on when the game will actually be availble.

When eurogame.pt contacted Worten about the listing the retailer sent a confirmation saying, "We have the information that Worten stores will sell the game in question.” What’s even more interesting is the retailer is asking for customers to put down a deposit for the game. It seems Worten is that convinced that they will be receiving “GTA V” for the PS4 and won’t have to issue any refunds. Seems like a good sign but it is anything but conclusive.

As of now “Grand Theft Auto V” is only available for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. If Rockstar does announce the title for the next-gen PS4 it will definitely be surprising as many are still expecting the developer to release the game for the PC. A petition to bring “GTA V” to PC reached 600,000 signatures as of October 2013. Since then, other online retailers have appeared to out the game on the platform, although Rockstar has yet to confirm anything.
