A release date announcement related to “Grand Theft Auto 6” may be coming soon. Changes at Rockstar Games’ offices in Edinburg suggest that a team will be assigned to the long awaited game, and a formal announcement of the game’s development may be made.

For some time now Rockstar Games’ focus had been on the successful launch of “Red Dead Redemption 2.” With the company finished with that work, they may now focus on “Grand Theft Auto 6.”

The Edinburg office of the company had a huge advertisement of “Red Dead Redemption 2” until recently. The team at the office were working on the game, and before that the advertisement there was for “Grand Theft Auto” characters.

With the “Red Dead Redemption 2” advertisement gone, there is a lot of excitement about what the company will put there next, GameRant reported. Judging by what the team there was working on before, it is being speculated that the next advertisement there will be of “Grand Theft Auto 6.”

A formal announcement about the development of the game may be coming soon. Fans should note that the other game that the company may focus on may be “Bully 2.” The company may also keep its calendar free for the time being and not work on a new game for some time.

There have been leaks about both “Grand Theft Auto 6” and “Bully 2.” A previously “leaked” screenshot of “Bully 2” suggested that the game is already in development, with a release date set for 2020.

As far as “Grand Theft Auto 6” is concerned, it has been six years since the release of the previous game in this franchise. There have been rumors about the plot being about a drug dealer who operates in both Liberty City and Vice City, GameRant reported. The game will supposedly be set in different time periods.
