It isn't an American Independence Day celebration without a little fireworks! In observance of the Fourth of July, Rockstar is rumored to release a special "GTA 5" Independepence Day DLC. The report originated from a leaked game script earlier this month. The release date of the latest DLC is expected to be sometime this week.
The rumor was first announced by "GTA 5" specialist and Youtuber DomisLive. According to Dom, Rockstar will prepare a special update that features new items, including some patriotic U.S. themed apparel. In addition, a rumored environmental element will feature fireworks! As far fetched as a firework update may sound, snow fall weather changes were brought to "GTA 5" in the Christmas DLC update.
New apparel and fireworks in the new DLC is all fine and dandy, but it's hardly star spangled awesome and we expect nothing less from "GTA 5." DomisLive also reports that the "GTA 5" Independence Day DLC will also offer a variety of military and all-terrain vehicles. The long-rumored attack helicopter could be the biggest news of all.
In a previous report on a GTA5 lifeinvader trailer, a leaked image on GTA Wiki revealed a number of crazy vehicles available on the "GTA 4" Los Santos Military Supply Online Superstore, which offers jeeps, trucks, ATVs, tanks, airplains, and helicopters! The leaked military superstore screenshot was first shared in early June. So far, GTA 5 features all vehicles except for the ATV and the attack helicopter. Having missed the "I'm Not a Hipster" DLC pack, there is a good chance that the remaining army vehicles will finally be available in time for July 4.
Unfortunately, the leaked "GTA 5" Independence Day Pack game script will not be able to tell us little more than that. Stay tuned as we update you with the latest leaks the new "GTA 5" Independence Day DLC.
