Fans of "Grey's Anatomy" the wait is over! The two-hour season premiere is going to air tonightand all the drama will be revealed. It feels like a long time coming with all the previews, spoilers and sneak peeks. The two-hour premiere will pick up where the season nine finale left off with the hospital and the doctors and patients recovering from the storm. There are some twist and from what we've seen of the sneak peek's it looks like there could be a few shockers in store.
From what we've seen of the upcoming season 10 two-hour Premiere of "Grey's Anatomy" we know: Two lives hang in the balance; Webber and Heather! Derek and Meredith appear to settling in back home with the new baby and Cristina and Owen seem to be working well together post breakup. Callie and Arizona are doing no better after finding out about Arizona's infidelity while April confronts Jackson about her feelings for him.

"Seal Our Fate" - "In the first hour, 'Seal Our Fate' (9:00-10:00 p.m.), the Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital doctors are faced with the devastation left by the storm. A giant mudslide in Seattle injures a group of first responders and citizens, causing the already shorthanded ER to spring into action. Meanwhile, Meredith is faced with a tough decision that will affect the life of a loved one, Callie is rocked by the reality of Arizona's infidelity, and Richard's life is in extreme danger."
"I Want You With Me" - "the fight continues to save those affected by the storm, Callie makes a bold decision regarding her relationship, and the doctors come together upon receiving devastating news."
