A new chisme in town has revealed that Trevi was rushed to the hospital due to a botox mishap. According to TVNotas, the Mexican singer has admitted that she's 100 percent real and has never done a plastic surgery procedure, not even botox. However, a close source to the "Pelo Suelto" songstress spilled the beans and stated that Trevi is in the hospital for botox abuse. Heck, they even said she suffered facial paralysis.
