Gloria Estefan's Miami restaurant "Bongos Cuban Cafe" is being sued after a woman was reportedly 'disfigured' TMZ reports. The woman is claiming "bodily injury, pain, physical handicap, disfigurement, mental pain and suffering, loss of income, and loss of the capacity to enjoy life." The woman, Gerri Ann Yanks was hurt after apperently falling because of slippery substance on the floor. She's suing the restaurant and Estefan Enterprises, Inc. for more than $15,000.
Gloria Estefan's lawsuit is being handled by lawyers for the Estefan Enterprises, The Miaimi Herald reports. Its president Frank Amadeo, said "The lawsuit is being handled by our outside counsel, and we are not permitted to comment on pending litigation. We always take these matters very seriously, so both our insurance company and attorneys are on the case." Meanwhile, Gloria Estefan is on a tour in Europe to promote her latest album and recently performed at London's Royal Albert Hall.
Gloria Estefan's "Bongos Cuban Cafe" opened in 200.
