"I'm Not Gonna Lie" is George Lopez's third book. Celebra

George Lopez has made a name for himself as one of America's funniest guys, and for good reason: he can poke fun at everything, including himself.

In his latest book, "I'm Not Gonna Lie And Other Lies You Tell When You Turn 50," the Mexican-American celebrity writes a personal ode to the woes of age: golf karts, gray hairs, popping knees. And he does it in a way that's highly relatable, spookingly accurate and eye-watering funny.

The first revelation comes in the form of a dye box. That's right, Lopez admits that he hides his gray hairs. "Having little kids tell me that I looked old bummed me out."

Lopez also opens up about his use of medical marijuana, which helped him recover after his kidney transplant in 2005, and his addiction to doughnuts ... or the idea of them.

"I always keep a box of doughnuts in my house, because as a kid I was never allowed to eat them. Now, I want to know I have the option. I never eat them, but I like seeing them there."

"I'm Not Gonna Lie And Other Lies You Tell When You Turn 50" can be purchased from Amazon and Barnes & Noble.
