As things stand now, United States President Joe Biden appears to have his hands full trying to aid Ukraine with a foreseen invasion by Russia.
Troops have been deployed in Ukraine and now Biden is playing the waiting game on whether Vladimir Putin will do the anticipated invasion. As things stand now, it could get ugly.
However, Biden has some problems of his own in the United States. Overshadowed by the Ukraine issue is the fact that the migrants crossing the US borders have somehow simmered down. That was until footage came out showing how migrants continue to cross the border with the Biden administration reportedly the one facilitating it using taxpayer’s money.
According to the Post, the federal government allegedly transports immigrants as fast as they can at night on secret charter flights. Most go through little-known communities around the country, something being branded as a betrayal against the American people.
51-minute footage was obtained under a Freedom of Information Act request by former Westchester County Executive Rob Astorino, a Republican candidate for governor in 2022.
In the said footage, police Sgt. Michael Hamborsky could be seen frustrated as to why local police have given no information about the arriving flights after curfew at the airport. It was a breach of security protocols.
“You’re on a secure facility here; we really don’t know anything and we’re in charge of security,” he could be heard telling one of the federal contractors. “This is anti all our security stuff.”
The mystery flights date back as far as Aug. 8 of last year. The nightly charter flights brought in immigrants into the suburban Westchester airport after curfew from places like McAllen, El Paso and Houston, Texas.
They only stopped briefly in October after reports came out about the operations.
It is something that continues to be a problem with the blame pinned on the Biden administration. It has also become a security problem and things could get worse unless this migrant problem gets sorted out.
