First Picture Of 'The X-Factor U.K.' Judges With Sharon Osbourne, Nicole Scherzinger and Gary Barlow

The first photo of the judging panel for season ten of "The X-Factor U.K." has been revealed, courtesy of the iTV presenter Dermot O'Leary.

In the image, taken during the first day of auditions in Glasgow, we can see Sharon Osbourne, Louis Walsh, Dermot O'Leary, Nicole Scherzinger and Gary Barlow.

This season marks the return of Mrs. Osbourne, replacing Tulisa Contostavlos, after being part of the original judging panel for four seasons.

Last season saw James Arthur win the competition being mentored by Pussycat Doll, Nicole Scherzinger.

For the tenth season, "The X-Factor" will have its format tweaked with the introduction of Double Auditions. At first, the music hopefuls will bet set in an intimate audition room with the judges before performing in front of a live audience.

"The X-Factor U.K. will premiere in the fall on iTV.
