A fire in the heating and air conditioning system of the Trump Tower in Manhattan provoked chaos in New York. According to the information of the NYFD, the accident left three people injured.
The fire started around 7:20 am local time, in the same building where the home and commercial offices of President Donald Trump are located. According to reports, the fire was extinguished in one hour and two civilians and a fireman were treated for injuries that do not threaten their lives.
The president wasn't inside the building when the fire trucks arrived on Fifth Avenue. "There was a small electrical fire in a cooling tower on the roof of Trump Tower," wrote Eric Trump on Twitter. "The New York Fire Department was here within minutes and did an incredible job. The men and women of the #FDNY are true heroes and deserve our most sincere thanks and praise!"
The president has not addressed the incident and it is unknown if the rest of his relatives were in the place.
