Last week Square Enix took to social media to poll users on whether or not Moogles should be added to "Final Fantasy XV." Over 20,000 people voted and the results are in and a whopping 78 percent of people agree that Moogles should be added to the title.
The games director, Hajime Tabata, announced in a series of tweets that the iconic companion's will be included in the coming title and assured fans that the addition won't compromise development in any way. Tabata said the "fun little extra" is being added "with a suitably light level of development work."
The game was first announced back in 2006 at E3 through a conceptual CGI trailer and was re-introduced as "Final Fantasy XV" at 2013's E3. Early this year a demo of the game titled "Final Fantasy XV: Episode Duscae" was released with limited pre-order bonus with early physical and digital copies of "Final Fantasy Type-0 HD."
News for "Final Fantasy XV" has been sporatic but is slated for release sometime next year for the Xbox One and PlayStation 4 consoles.
