Over the weekend at San Diego Comic-Con '14 TV fans alike got a taste of the long awaited "The Simpsons," Family Guy" crossover episode when a sneak peek clip was revealed during the "Family Guy" panel.
The sneak peek clip is pretty lengthy coming in at just about five-minutes and begins with the Griffin family finding themselves stuck in Springfield. Of course immediately Peter mentions the obvious skin tone difference telling his family not to drink the water because "everybody around here looks like they have hepatitis."
The clip also shows Peter and Homer bonding over donuts as well as beer, which turns into an epic battle (like Peter and the chicken). Bart introduces Stewie to prank calling and skateboarding. The clip also introduces two more of FOX's animated series into the crossover when Peter tries to set Homer up for a cutaway. We see Bob from "Bob's Burgers" as well as a jab at Cleveland from "Family Guy" and the now canceled "The Cleveland Show." Catch the clip below:
Meanwhile other "Family Guy" news was revealed such as Jesus returning to Quahog for Christmas and Liam Neeson will appear in an upcoming episode playing himself.
Expect the "Simpsons-Family Guy" crossover Sept. 28 on FOX.
