It was a big day for television as the Primetime Emmy 2017 nominations were announced. It was HBO's "Westworld" and NBC's "Saturday Night Live" that were the most mentioned with 22 nods each. As far as the network's go, it was HBO that got the most nominations with 110, followed by Netflix with 91. The Emmys will take place on Sunday, September 17 with a gala live from the Microsoft Theatre in Los Angeles hosted by Stephen Colbert for CBS.
