Elon Musk Sued for Millions by Card Game for Trespassing on Texas Land They Purchased to Prevent Trump from Building Wall

Cards Against Humanity, an internet-famous "adult" card game, is suing Elon Musk for $15 million because his SpaceX company dumped "his s---" on their "gorgeous plot of land without asking."

In 2017, the card game company purchased a parcel of land on the U.S.-Mexico border, with the help of 150,000 subscribers, to prevent Donald Trump from building a wall there. Subscribers each donated $15 to the company to secure the land.

Recently, as SpaceX was building nearby, they left materials on the private land owned by Cards Against Humanity without notifying them.

An official statement from the company reads: "Elon Musk's SpaceX was building some space thing nearby, and he figured he could just dump his s--- all over our gorgeous plot of land without asking. After we caught him, SpaceX gave us a 12-hour ultimatum to accept a lowball offer for less than half our land's value. We said, 'Go f--- yourself, Elon Musk. We'll see you in court.'"

The card company started a website with the url elonowesyou100dollars.com to disseminate information to fan. If they win the suit, the company promises to split the proceeds evenly among original subscribers, giving them up to $100 each.

The official statement goes on to say: "Even if Musk un-f---s our land, that doesn't un-f--- the damage he's done to our reputation. 150,000 people gave us their hard-earned money, and in exchange we vowed to protect this land from racist billionaires and their dumb vanity projects."

Cards Against Humanity has also said it would "accept Twitter.com as compensation," in reference to Musk's X social media platform.

"SpaceX's abuse of this Property has not only destroyed its natural condition, but has also caused even greater harm to CAH by virtue of the damage it has caused to CAH's relationship with its paying supporters," the official lawsuit says.
