After the 3 missing Ohio women were found alive having disappeared over a decade ago, former kidnapping victim Elizabeth Smart called their rescue a miracle.

Amanda Berry, Gina DeJesus and Michelle Knight were all kidnapped by Ariel Castro and held captive in his Ohio home. On Monday the three missing women were rescued and reunited with their families.

Elizabeth Smart was just 14-years-old when she was kidnapped from her Utah home. Brain Mitchell a self-proclaimed prophet kidnapped Smart from her bed and led her into the woods where his wife was waiting. Mitchell preformed some sort of ceremony and declared Smart was his second wife and raped her.

For 9-months Elizabeth Smart lived under threats to her family and herself while she, Mitchell and his wife traveled across the country. Thanks to an episode of "America's Most Wanted" an everyday citizen recognized Mitchell and Smart while they were walking together in March of 2003. Police arrested Mitchell and reunited Elizabeth Smart with her family.

Elizabeth Smart appeared on ABC's "Good Morning America" along with the former host of "America's Most Wanted" John Walsh to discuss their experience and feelings about the 3 missing women being found alive.

When asked about their reactions to the rescue of the 3 women Walsh replied, "I did cartwheels."

"I am just so overjoyed," Elizabeth Smart said. "Anther happy ending and I think it's just really proof that there are more happy endings out there...Miracles do happen."

Smart tried to give some in site as to what these 3 women and their families might be feeling having been reunited.

"I probably can't begin to [give] speculation. All I can think of is joy, relief, happiness gratitude. At the same time I think it is so important to respect their privacy."

In advice to the three women about moving forward Elizabeth Smart said to, "Not allow this man to ruin another second of their lives he's stolen so much from them already. They deserve to be happy. I would tell them, I hope that they realize that there is so much ahead of them."

Smart adds, "Their rescue is proof that there are good people out there. More good people out there than not who want the best for them."
