Presidential candidate Donald Trump is taking every opportunity he can to make sure America knows he is right (at least in his opinion). During his candidacy speech, the real estate tycoon addressed immigration issues: "When Mexico sends its people, they’re not sending their best. They’re not sending you. They’re not sending you. They’re sending people that have lots of problems, and they’re bringing those problems with us. They’re bringing drugs. They’re bringing crime. They’re rapists. And some, I assume, are good people."

This statement has caused Latinos everywhere to stand against Trump, and many of his business allies have even decided to end their partnership with the successful businessman. Despite all the commotion, Trump has maintained his position and he doesn’t seem to be affected by any of the decisions that have been made by his previous partners.

Instead, “The Apprentice” former star has been turning to recent events to help him prove his point, and stand behind his words. Last week, it was reported that an illegal immigrant killed an innocent young lady in San Francisco. Trump did not think twice about the situation and went on his Twitter account to manifest his feelings about the happenings.

This past weekend, the Internet was flooding with articles regarding Joaquín “El Chapo” Guzmán’s escape from prison. According to security officials, the leader of the Sinaloa Cartel was able to break out of jail on Saturday night while everyone thought he was having a shower.

Although it is uncertain if “El Chapo” is planning to head to the U.S., it is well known that his organization has been linked to about 120 trafficking tunnels that connect California with Tijuana, México. The Republican candidate, once again, decided to take advantage of the situation, and went on a Twitter rant that, in his opinion, proves that he is right about immigration and tells Americans: “I told you so!”
