Fans voiced their sympathy and admiration for Caz's resilience, with comments like, "Wow, poor guy, he's always getting into something."
The celebrity photographer José Devillegas, who was present during the fall, added, "He kept singing like nothing happened, what a pro!"
Despite the severe pain, Caz's professionalism shone during the incident. He managed to finish the show, demonstrating remarkable dedication to his fans. However, he needed assistance getting off the stage, and after being checked by paramedics, he was taken to his car in a wheelchair

Eduin Caz's mishap is the latest in a long line of famous stage falls among Latin music performers. Legendary singer José José once fell off the stage during a performance in Peru but heroically returned to finish his show.
Similarly, Juan Gabriel, another iconic figure, took a dramatic plunge during a concert in Houston. Despite the severity of the fall, he continued to perform with his usual flair, turning the mishap into a memorable part of his legacy.
