Roycenaticas, the wait is finally over as bae will soon make his official debut on "East Los High."
Earlier this year, in March, it was revealed that Prince Royce will be joining the cast of Hulu's original series in its upcoming season. The news was revealed by Variety, which stated that the 27-year-old bachata crooner will have a recurring role on season four as Vincent, coach of Jefferson Park Dance crew, the Bomb Squad's main competitor.
Royce's new character as Vincent will challenge the East Los High dancers and tempt their coach Ceci, portrayed by Danielle Vega. A new 30-second teaser released by the series perfectly captures Royce's sexy character in action. Check it out below!
"East Los High" fourth season is will premiere July 15 on Hulu.
Although the singer has made many appearances on TV throughout his career, it was not until FOX's musical "The Passion" that he made his official acting debut. His role as disciple Peter in the religious musical, starring Trisha Yearwood, Tyler Perry and Jencarlos Canela, proved that Royce is as just a talented actor as he is a singer. He might have a short filmography, but his new gig on the show will no doubt open many doors for the "Culpa Al Corazon" singer.
In addition to the series, Royce is making the rounds with his new bachata jam "La Carretera" and embarking on a joint summer tour with Pitbull and Farruko.
The "Bad Men Tour" will kick off July 6 in Fresno, Calif. and will run until Aug. 18 in Denver, Colo. Other cities included in the bunch are: Los Angeles, San Antonio, Miami, Washington, Chicago, Boston, Dallas, Phoenix and more. The tour will also make a pit stop in Canada, where they will perform at the Molson Canadian Amphitheatre in Toronto.
