According to a retail listing, Destiny's exclusive PlayStation content for the PS4 and PS3 will eventually be making its way to Xbox One and Xbox 360 at some point in the future.
According to Amazon, the unique weapons, maps, ships and gear "will only be on PlayStation until at least Fall 2015." While this is not a guarantee by any means, it does seem that Activision's first-person shooter will contain only timed-exclusives rather than outright ones.
At launch PlayStation gamers will get a ton of exclusive content including unique co-op strike mission on Mars, a competitive map, a bunch of exclusive guns, gear, and three ships.
Meanwhile a "Destiny" companion app has been revealed for the title. The app features stat-tracking tables and menus, including coverage of your Kill/Death ratio, mission progress, weapon statistics and much more. It's also got a built-in lore library that unlocks as you discover new locations and things across the galaxy.
