'Dangerous' Pedophile Raped His Young Victims, Forced Them To Watch Sexual Acts

A "dangerous" pedophile who raped children and forced them to watch sexual acts has been sentenced to 16 years in prison.

Mark Jacobson, who hails from Bootle in Merseyside, England, was found guilty of 16 counts of child sex offenses by the Liverpool Crown Court on Thursday, May 13.

The victims will not be named considering their age and the sensitivity of the crime.

"Jacobson is a dangerous individual and he will now spend a significant amount of time behind bars where he can no longer pose a risk to children,” Detective Constable Lucy Emmett said, DailyStarUK reported.

Jacobson was charged with two counts of rape, two counts of attempted rape, and multiple counts of sexual activity with a child, causing a child to watch a sexual act and engaging in sexual activity in the presence of a child.

The court also issued an indefinite sexual harm prevention order (SHPO), a restraining order, and a sex offender notification requirement against Jacobson.

"Merseyside Police is committed to protecting children from sexual exploitation and those who seek to do them harm," Emmett added.

"I would urge anyone who has been a victim of child abuse, or thinks a child is being abused, to contact police immediately, where a report can be made in confidence."

"Similarly if you have suffered a sexual offense and can find the courage to come forward, we will take your report extremely seriously and investigate it thoroughly," Emmet said.

In a similar incident, a 13-year-old girl was abducted and gang-raped at Ramgarh Sardara village in Malaud, Khanna district, India.

The victim's uncle, who also served as the complainant, told the police that the girl was abused while she was going to give food to an elderly living upstairs. Two suspects who were standing near the stairs outside their home stopped the girl and asked her to join them.

"When my niece refused to go with them, they forcibly dragged her out of the house and took her to their 'motor room' at agricultural fields in the village where they both raped her," the uncle said per Tribune India.

The terrified teen returned home and narrated her ordeal to the family. Both suspects were arrested and charged with rape.
