Panama still has a chance to crack the top 4 since they sit in fifth with 7 points while Jamaica continues to struggle, amassing only 3 points thanks to zero wins in 7 matches. A win over Jamaica in their next match could give Costa Rica a bit of breathing room IF the United States falls in their match to Mexico.

Currently sitting in last place in the CONCACAF Hexagonal, Jamaica could be eliminated from the World Cup with a loss Tuesday night against Costa Rica. Looking to qualify for the nation's fourth World Cup, Costa Rica isn't expected to fall to the Jamaicans simply because they've only been defeated once in the final stage of World Cup qualifying. With Jamaica failing to defeat Costa Rica since 1997, history is certainly on the side of the Costa Ricans as they take on a team that has failed to win at this stage of WCQ.
Costa Rica defeated Jamaica 2-0 in San Jose back in March thanks to goals from Michael Umana and Diego Calvo.
