Conservative commentator Tim Allen detailed that Trump-ally Kari Lake lost her temper with him at a recent MAGA event, calling him a "piece of s--t" in an unhinged manner. Miller had attended Turning Point USA's AmericaFest, where over 20,000 Donald Trump supporters went to Arizona to discuss next steps for the movement.

Lake continued to loudly confront Miller, he detailed in a column. She accused him of being "fake news," even pinching his arm "like an angry grandmother" while her husband filmed the scene.

Lake worked as a news anchor in Arizona for over 20 years before kicking off her political career. She has since been one of Trump's staunchest supporters, going as far as joining him in his false claims that the 2020 presidential election was stolen from him.

She also claimed falsely that she was the rightful winner of the 2022 Arizona gubernatorial election nd that Democrat Katie Hobbs unlawfully took the victory. Her claims recently led her to settle an election defamation suit brought forward by a Republican official from Arizona over her defeat. After losing the 2024 Arizona Senate election against Democratic Rep. Ruben Gallego, she saw her loyalty rewarded earlier this month after Trump announced he wants Lake to be the next director of Voice of America, a post he will nominate her to once he announces the next head of the U.S. Agency for Global Media.

Lake has continued to voice her support for Trump in the public conversation, including by attending AmericaFest. Her scene with Miller attracted a growing crowd of onlookers and ended when right-wing activist Laura Loomer intervened. While echoing some of Lake's criticisms, Loomer's measured tone seemed to de-escalate the confrontation, allowing Lake to step away.

Miller reflected on the episode while analyzing the mood at the event. He believes the crowd was not "as happy and fulfilled as I expected." They were focused on their next battles, including Trump gets to appoint the cabinet he wants and take on the new internal enemy, House Speaker Mike Johnson.

The overarching analysis by Miller is that attendees want "to go to war, not to Washington," and the lack of a clear foe has somewhat disoriented the movement, depriving it from a clear north.

"MAGA's entire mission was destructive. The Trumpian promise was that he would destroy the old order and vanquish the Bad People. And he did it. The final victory is here and we will not again hear from Barack Obama, or Paul Ryan, or Hillary Clinton, or George W. Bush, or Joe Biden, or Kamala Harris. They've all been consigned to history. So now what?" Miller concluded.
