As it had been reported before, Chespirito’s health had been declining and he spent some time in the hospital. Well since he left the hospital, is health has improved significantly and he is ‘alive and painting’ according to his personal assistant Augusto Rattoni, La Reforma informs. “He is drawing, because apart from all of his qualities: director, cinematographer, musical composer and everything, but he also draws and paints.”
Also he said that he wakes up relatively early, although he is not an early riser. He usually wakes up at 8:30 a.m. to start his day in the tranquility of his home in Isla Dorada, Cancún.
His hobbies also include talking to the people that take care of him. He is 85 years old and has trouble hearing. After he eats and talks over the table, he watches TV for a bit, according to La Reforma.
Rattoni says that “he likes documentaries a lot, he watches some series and spends his time watching soccer games, because he really like it.”
Rattoni also states his health is stable.
