The love story of Cazzu and Christian Nodal could easily be titled 'A Series of Red Dresses.' Even its ending seems to revolve around a red dress, this time from a very specific brand: the Italian haute couture house Dolce & Gabbana. In fact, the name of Cazzu's new song, dedicated to Mexico, comes from the designer.

"DOLCE is now available everywhereeeeeee! 💋 Link in bio. Dedicated especially to my people in Mexico who make me feel so loved 🇲🇽❤️‍🔥," wrote the artist. Like the first song, this one also seems inspired by Nodal.

"And I'm going out tonight
Wearing that Dolce dress
You know it fits me so well
The one I wore when I made you fall in love."

Cazzu sings these lines while performing a strip tease for a demon tied to a chair. The outfit she removes is a black creation resembling lingerie. When it seems like she has taken everything off, she reappears in a red dress strikingly similar to the Dolce & Gabbana gown she wore with Nodal at the 2023 Latin Grammys Person of the Year gala.

She then removes the horns from her head— possibly another reference to what she perceives as Nodal's infidelity—and angel wings emerge from her dress.

In the next verse, Cazzu appears in a white, bondage-style outfit characteristic of her current image. The video, which she wrote herself, is a vivid allegory of their relationship, betrayal, and rebirth.

While the reference to the red gown is evident, it's just one of many significant red dresses in the couple's story.

The red dress in 'Cazzualidades'

In the music video for the song Nodal wrote for Cazzu, 'Cazzualidades,' released in May 2023, she also wears a red dress. Her hairstyle in that video also resembles the look she sports in 'DOLCE.' At the time, their romance seemed like a passionate, cinematic love story.

The red dress at their first red carpet

Even earlier, in November 2022, when Nodal and Cazzu made their relationship public on their first red carpet together, the Argentine artist wore a striking red dress. This gown, blending lingerie and burlesque elements, perfectly complemented the occasion. Nodal matched her with a red shirt, making the moment unforgettable.
