Carlos Santana gave an exceptional performance Saturday night in Guadalajara, Mexico. The "Corazon, Live From Mexico: Live It To Believe It" concert took place December 14 at the Arena VFG, Guadalajara. The city was chosen by the legendary guitarist and Sony Music as the location for the concert and the soon-to-be-released DVD which celebrates Santana's Mexican roots and the culture and history that inspires him. The concert film is schedueld to air in spring 2014 on HBO Latino and HBO Latin America.
Carlos Santana's concert "Corazon, Live From Mexico" will be made into a film directed by Nick Wickham. The film will not only play on HBO in 2014 but will also receive a DVD release via RCA/Sony Latin Iberia. There will also be a documentary film shot in Puerto Vallarta, Riviera Nayarit and Guadalajara. Titled "Live It To Believe It," the documentary film will be a 'making of' featurette of this concert event. Santana played to thousands of fans in a concert that included Gloria Estefan, Juanes, Niña Pastori and Lila Downs.
